Returns + Exchanges

At Between Greens, each made-to-order headcover is carefully handcrafted from plush pieces and finished individually by hand. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in size, shape, placement, stitching, or overall appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the character of a handcrafted piece and are not considered defects.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all made-to-order, personalized, or specially requested items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an issue caused during production.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with the product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps provide clear evidence in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with an issue, and allows us to review your request more accurately.

If your return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to Between Greens. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging where possible.

Please note that due to the limited and constantly changing nature of our inventory, we cannot always guarantee that an exact exchange or replacement will be available. However, Between Greens will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate approved requests.
