At Between Greens, each piece is carefully prepared and packed to make sure your order arrives safely. We offer flat-rate standard shipping to Canada, the U.S. mainland, and select non-mainland U.S. areas on most regular-sized orders.

To keep delivery costs more reasonable, Between Greens covers part of the actual shipping cost on eligible orders.

Canada Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $16.99 CAD for most regular-sized orders shipping within Canada.

Please note that oversized items, specialty pieces, remote areas, or orders requiring special packaging may not qualify for this flat rate.

U.S. Mainland Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $26.99 CAD for most regular-sized orders shipping to the U.S. mainland.

The U.S. mainland refers to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other non-mainland or remote areas.

Non-Mainland U.S. Standard Shipping

For most regular-sized orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other select non-mainland U.S. areas, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.99 CAD.

Please note that oversized items, specialty pieces, or orders requiring special packaging may not qualify for this flat rate.

Metro Vancouver Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment in Metro Vancouver.

If you choose Local Pickup at checkout, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a pickup time and confirm the pickup location.

Please do not come for pickup until your appointment has been confirmed.

Oversized Items & Specialty Pieces

Some items may be marked as Oversized / Specialty Pieces on the product page due to their larger size, structure, or special packaging needs.

These items may require a higher shipping rate or a custom shipping quote. If your order requires a custom shipping quote, we will contact you before shipment.

Oversized / Specialty Pieces may be excluded from complimentary shipping promotions, including Canada orders over $300 CAD.

Remote Areas & International Orders

Orders shipping to remote areas or destinations outside Canada and the United States may require a custom shipping quote.

Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible Canada orders over $300 CAD after discounts.

This offer applies to eligible Canada standard shipping orders only.

Oversized items, specialty pieces, clearance items, remote areas, custom orders requiring special packaging, and custom-quoted shipments may be excluded from complimentary shipping promotions.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges upon arrival.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Production & Shipping Time

Most made-to-order pieces require additional preparation time before shipment, usually around 15 business days or longer depending on the item, order volume, material availability, and packaging needs.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the destination, carrier service, customs processing, and any local delivery conditions.

Estimated production and shipping details will be listed on the product page or provided during the ordering process. Please note that all timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
